这是我们一直践行的信念。作为创办人家族的一员，我深有感触。我相信两位创办人肯定希望他们的孙辈能携手经营这份他们深深热爱倾注了毕生心血的事业。

对他们而言，安利代表着他们想要创造的理想社区和环境，在这样的环境里，人们能被赏识、被爱、受到欢迎和鼓舞。这些都是他们在家庭中得到的感受。他们也想以身作则传递给我们这一代。

Let’s talk about family. How would you define family? What does family mean to you? That’s a great question. To me, family is one of the most important parts of my life.

Family is my support network—they are the people who stand by me no matter what.

Family is the most essential unit in the world. For me, family is everything, and I believe many people would agree. I think one of the main reasons people choose to join Amway and deeply identify with it is because of the value Amway places on family.

This is a belief we’ve always lived by.

As a member of the founders’ family, I feel this personally. I’m certain both founders dreamed of the day their grandchildren would work together to steward this business they loved so deeply and poured their lives into.

To them, Amway represented the kind of community and environment they wanted to create—one where people feel valued, loved, welcomed, and inspired. These were the very feelings they experienced within their own families, and they led by example to pass this on to our generation.

This belief spans generations and even extends beyond our immediate families. I feel incredibly blessed to be part of this family business—and by “family,” I don’t only mean the Van Andels or the DeVoses, but all our Amway family members across the globe. To be part of a business that treasures family and treats everyone like family is truly special.

The emphasis Amway places on family helps us transcend cultural barriers and inspires each of us to commit to one another’s success.
