您如何定义对错？正确的标准其实取决于内心，正确的事不总是简单的，但它会为安利事业带来更稳固的未来。

诚信的本质在于行动，它不是空洞的话语，当有人在身边支持您，付诸行动，及时出现，甚至作出牺牲时，这些实实在在的行动体现的就是诚信。

对我来说，诚信意味着清楚洞悉自己和身边的人，知道自己的处事方式，我认为诚信就是真诚不欺，言行一致。

我亲眼见证了父母是如何以诚立信，他们活出了自己的信念，我在他们身上看到了真正的诚信。

理查和杰以诚信为本，无论是在家里，舞台上，还是工作中，无论在哪，他们都始终如一，正因如此，这份诚信尤为珍贵，值得我们追随。我们可以自豪地说，他们是我最好的榜样。

在成长的过程中，我和父亲常常一起旅行，小时候，我看到他在台上心中也没有什么特别的想法，但随着年龄增长，我逐渐开始理解，心中会想：哇，我父亲在台上。我不仅是因为他站在台上而感到自豪，更是因为我知道，我了解台上的他，和家里的他是一模一样的。我对安利事业的热爱就源于父亲和爷爷。是的，我觉得爷爷一定会为你感到非常自豪。

If you were to ask any of my four children what integrity means, they would surely speak from my heart: Integrity means doing the right thing even when no one is watching.

How do we define what is right? The standard of rightness truly comes from within. Doing the right thing isn’t always the easiest path, but it builds a more solid future for the Amway business.

The essence of integrity lies in action—it’s not just empty words. When someone supports you, follows through, shows up, or even makes sacrifices—these tangible actions are what integrity is all about.

To me, integrity means having a clear awareness of yourself and those around you—understanding how you operate in the world. I believe integrity is about being authentic and ensuring that your actions align with your words.

I witnessed firsthand how my parents lived with integrity. They truly lived out their beliefs, and I saw real integrity in them.

Richard and Jay built their lives on integrity. Whether at home, on stage, or at work—wherever they were—they remained consistent. That’s what makes their integrity so powerful and worthy of following. We can proudly say they are my greatest role models.

Growing up, I often traveled with my dad. As a child, I’d see him on stage without giving it much thought. But as I got older, I began to understand more deeply. I’d think, Wow, that’s my dad up there. It wasn’t just pride in seeing him on stage—it was pride in knowing that the man on stage was exactly the same person he was at home. My passion for the Amway business comes from my dad and my grandfather.
