谈到希望，我就想到了理查叔叔。他对我说得最多的就是：“芭芭拉，你可以做到。加油努力，你一定能做到。”

是的，理查和杰一直践行着这一信念，经历了大萧条和第二次世界大战的磨难，他们深刻认识到困难的时期是可以被克服的，它不会永远持续，只要心怀希望，就会朝着这个目标努力。

假如我尝试过许多事，却屡屡碰壁，那么这就是希望发挥作用的时候。您知道吗？我们遇到过很多人，他们过去一无所成，但抓住了安利的机会，他们得到了他人的帮助，不断地提升自己，对我来说，这就是我们每天持续推动安利事业的原因。

对我来说，希望是一种乐观的心态，意味着您能掌控自己的未来，同时也相信自己不是孤身一人，更美好的日子就在前方。

希望不是自私的追求，也不应如此。重要的是，您希望他人拥有美好的未来，希望不仅关乎自己，也关乎他人，甚至还包括那些素未谋面的人。

每天上班时，我都会想到地球另一端，有人在开启自己的安利事业，追求自己的目标，他们对未来充满希望，期待能为自己和家人创造更好的生活，这令我振奋不已，也是我每天早上努力的动力

When it comes to hope, I immediately think of Uncle Richard. The thing he said to me most often was, “Barb, you can do it. Work hard—you can do it.”

Yes, Richard and Jay truly lived by this belief. Having experienced the hardships of the Great Depression and World War II, they learned deeply that difficult times can be overcome—they don’t last forever. When you hold onto hope, you begin working toward that brighter future.

Suppose I’ve tried many things but faced setbacks every time. That’s exactly when hope makes a difference. You know, we’ve met so many people who hadn’t achieved much before but seized the opportunity with Amway. With support from others and continuous self-improvement, they moved forward. To me, that’s why we keep driving the Amway business forward every day.

For me, hope is a kind of optimism—it means you have control over your future, and you believe you’re not in it alone. Better days lie ahead.

Hope isn’t a selfish pursuit, and it shouldn’t be. What matters is that you wish others also have a bright future. Hope isn’t just about oneself—it extends to others, even those we haven’t met yet.

When I look toward the future of our generation, I feel pure excitement. It’s hope for what’s to come and optimism for the unknown, because deep in my heart, I believe a wonderful future awaits.

Every day when I come to work, I think of someone on the other side of the world starting their Amway business and pursuing their goals. They are filled with hope for the future, striving to create a better life for themselves and their families. That inspires me deeply—it’s what motivates me each and every morning.
