Responsibility is deeply tied to ownership—owning your actions and taking accountability. It’s like raising your hand and saying, “I’m all in. I’m putting myself out there,” and whatever happens, I will take responsibility for the outcome.

It means you are accountable for your actions, and it also means we all have a responsibility to seize the opportunities in front of us.

I was born into this immense opportunity within the Amway family, and I don’t take that lightly. As a family, we don’t shy away from opportunities or responsibilities. We are committed to building a bright future for this company.

You know, it’s our responsibility to take action and do our best. If we make mistakes, we own up to them. We say, “Yes, we made a mistake—here’s how we’ll fix it.” We don’t pass the buck or wait for someone else to step in. We take responsibility. We leave our fingerprints on it.

Responsibility is one of the reasons I’m here. It’s a selfless idea—the understanding that many people are relying on you. It’s your responsibility to show up as the best version of yourself. It’s not about us—I keep coming back to that. It’s not about us. It’s about what we can do for others. We’re helping people live better lives around the world. That’s a tremendous responsibility.

The responsibility I carry is to be a steward of this business, to have a positive influence, and also to make my grandpa proud.

Amway has done so much good for so many people around the world—that’s truly powerful. For me, being a steward of that legacy is what drives me. That’s what responsibility means to me. I want to be part of the Amway story—to help people live better lives. To me, that is purposeful and worthwhile.
