My grandfather and Jay consistently complemented each other’s strengths and trusted every decision the other made. They knew they would make some mistakes along the way, but that never came between them. They never allowed anything to divide them.

When people think of Amway, partnership is one of the first things that comes to mind—Richard and Jay, true partners. This spirit of partnership runs in the lifeblood of Amway. It’s profound and deeply meaningful to every one of us, and it’s reflected in our collaboration with Amway business owners around the world.

We come from diverse backgrounds and bring a wide range of experiences. We integrate these perspectives into everything we do together. In every project within the company, people come together. When challenges arise, the attitude is optimistic: “This was a problem, and we solved it. This was an opportunity, and we seized it—together.” What we're really celebrating is the greatness of people.
