Greetings, everyone. My name is Michael Nelson, the Chief Executive Officer of Amway. It is truly an honor to participate in this year's forum and to share my insights on the significant development momentum in China over the past 15 years. Amway has participated in this forum and this year is particularly to us. 2025 is the 30th anniversary of Amway China.We have a profound and storied history here, one that's significantly bolstered the lives of Chinese Amway business owners and the health and wellness of thousands of customers, and I believe the greater Chinese community as well. For over twenty consecutive years, China has been Amway's largest market. This success is a result of diligent work, strategic partnerships, the innate abilities and resilience of Chinese business owners, and our ongoing investment in this vital market.Over the past three decades, we have made significant investments to optimize potential here, constructing a comprehensive operational system to better support research and development, production, digital infrastructure, service networks, and experience centers. The strenghth of our operations is undeniably bolstered by China's focused economic development efforts and its strategic vision for improving health nationwide. As China works to achieve the objectives of the Healthy China Initiative, we are immensely proud to contribute meaningfully to these efforts, aligned with our shared goals.Our vision is to empower individuals to live better and healthier lives. For over sixty-five years, we have been dedicated to this mission, and our strategic focus now encompasses supporting total health and wellness. The demand for health and wellness solutions has never been higher, and we are proud to assist customers worldwide in finding these solutions from a company they can trust, backed by a supportive community of Amway business owners. Amway China is at the forefront of these efforts. It is often the birthplace of innovative products and initiatives, which are subsequently introduced to other countries and customers worldwide. Amway China also operates as an innovation hub for the Amway, where new ideas are explored to advance health and wellness solutions.A prime example is our establishment of the world's only plant research and development center in Wuxi. Here, we focus on organic farming technology for Chinese medicinal herbs and plant extracts, extending beyond products that support overall health and wellness.We acknowledge the significant impact that community members have. That's why we're immensely proud of the nearly two hundred thousand Amway business owners in China who are creating thousands of health and wellness communities.These entrepreneurs assist Chinese citizens in fostering and sustaining healthy lifestyles through knowledge sharing, personalized health solutions, and community challenges that encourage healthy habits. We are now aiming to expand our efforts, driven by our belief in the power and potential of China.We are proud to leverage our six decades of expertise to support the ambitious and significant objective of the Healthy China Initiative and to further contribute to the region's growth. We recently announced our latest investment, the first Amway farm in Sichuan province dedicated to the cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine plants. This investment will improve the quality of raw materials and enhance our value proposition across the region.I am confident that there are ongoing investments and collaborations. We will continue to support the total wellness goals of the people of China. This ongoing collaboration is certainly strengthened by opportunities like the China Development Forum. This event serves as a unique platform for knowledge sharing and momentum building across sectors. This year I will look forward to sharing more details about our farm in Sichuan, as well as upgrades to our Amway's experience centers and innovative new research and development efforts. As the China Development Forum marks a twenty-five-year journey, and as Amway China's celebration of its thirtieth anniversary, I am incredibly confident in the future due to the strength of our past and the vision we share.
